What is a Heart Based Entrepreneur?

There are people who don’t just put up business for the sake of making money. There are also a number of businessmen who provide products and services with the end goal of inspiring, helping and improving the lives of others through their passion and creativity. If you are one of those people, then you are a heart-based entrepreneur.

Heart-based entrepreneurs are able to enjoy more the profit that they generate from their businesses. Monetary compensation comes secondary to them, so they don’t end up being workaholic. They make sure they set aside time to truly take pleasure from the money that they get from the business.

So the question is, how can you be a heart-based entrepreneur?

1. Fire up your business with the creativity you possess.

The number one factor that contributes to the success of heart-based entrepreneurs is that they apply the creative process in their businesses. They refuse to do what everyone else is doing; they think out of the box. They don’t allow others to dictate what should be done; they do things their way. Because of this, they’re able to produce the most original and authentic results that no ordinary businessman can come up with.

However, the problem that most heart-based entrepreneurs encounter is their inability to focus. Due to all the creative juices that they churn out, they find it hard to concentrate them into one specific path. When you see yourself in this situation, just take time to listen to your heart and what it strongly says you should do.

2. Convert that creative idea into a feasible business.

Now that you’ve come up with an idea from the heart, it’s time for you to think of ways on how you can make money out of it. You need to give those creative energies structure, so they can be a reality. It’s not time to be realistic. Ask yourself whether such an idea could meet its goal of helping and inspiring others. Then ask yourself, “Will this business idea sell or it would just be a waste of time?”

It’s important that you ensure that your business idea will work. Otherwise, how will you achieve your purpose? Do what every business owner does. Do your market research properly.

3. Step aside and allow the process to happen.

This does not mean that you’ll need to pay no attention to your business idea turning into a real business. It just means that as a heart-based entrepreneur, you have to step out and observe it from the outside. Tune in to what’s happening in the moment, so you’ll know what your next steps will be, whether there are changes to be made or services to be added.

Practicing these steps will allow you to become a heart-based entrepreneur. However, you need to make sure that you use these strategies both smartly and intuitively, so you can achieve success in your heart-centered business. The creative process is indeed a powerful idea, and it’s your role to ignite it in your endeavor.
